Attention to Detail

When you heard that your RigaTony’s – along with your baked RigaTony – was going to move, what was your reaction? Yes, exactly and that’s why I’m here.

This is an amazing process. Not just opening a new restaurant but moving a beloved “place” full of memories, laughs, and good meals. Mike, Chrissy and their team are paying attention to an incredible number of details – it is overwhelming and exciting!

But I’m curious, from your perspective – what makes RigaTony’s – RigaTony’s? What do you want to “see” when you walk into the Warner/McClintock location? Let me know what 2 things must make the move and what 2 new things you’d like to see.

Let me hear from you at chris_stage@cox.net

  1. I loved your Mesa location! I loved the seperated areas, I loved how it was quieter than most resturaunts. I really loved the vault room, it was my favorite place to take big parties and we did at least once a year, I have been having my birthday dinner at RigaTony's for 3 for 4 years now and I don't really plan on stopping anytime soon. We will be at your Chandler location tonight!

  2. Keep the food tasting as good as it is now and I will continue to stop in.

  3. I am thrilled that you are moving! I am in Ahwatukee and you will be closer for me to take out of town guest,. I take everyone there from Chicago and they are picky when it comes to Italian food. THEY LOVE IT! I love your sauce and Pastas and Pasta salad. Keep up the great work. I tried e-mailing you but it won't go through

  4. If you change the food, we will never come back!! My husband won't eat an Antipasto salad anywhere else. I don't really care for Italian food anywhere else either, your food is FANTASTIC. A sourdough bread option would be nice. I don't care WHAT the inside looks like, I'm an ultra modern design girl anyway and italian is not. QUIET is what matters to me with QUIET music in background. Music at current location is too loud to have good conversation with my dinner companions. Better beer selection would be nice, specifically Coors Light or a good Hef. You've done a fantastic job at this restaurant, please don't change anything else, we've been dining with you for 11 years now and don't plan on changing. Looking forward to the new place, even though it's further away. Good luck with all your challenges and embrace them! I'm a Conquistador of Chaos also!! Can't wait to see the new place! 5. My Family lives right next door to your current location. We will miss being able to walk there, and the wonderful smells of the food cooking coming from the kitchen. However, we will keep coming by to the new location because your food and service is wonderful. I went to the Mesa location also, and really like the vault area. Keep everything the same, and I am sure you will continue to be successful.
